Soooo clearly ate A LOT but i also squated 155 lbs today so I don’t feel guilty! i do feel guilty that i ate chicken for dinner but i’m not perfect…

2:30 - 2 pc millet chia bread + 2 tbsp PB
4:30 - organic honey O’s + almond milk
7:30 - spinach + cilantro lime vinagrette, 5 crackers + string cheese
10:00 - 1/2 chipotle bowl (brown rice, black beans, peppers, onions, tomatoes, hot & medium salsa, corn, guacamole)
12:00 - dark chocolate
I went camping with my boyfriend on Friday and Saturday. Super fun! I didn’t keep a food diary but I can tell you that the whole time I didn’t really eat meals but I snacked on:
-Apples
-Bananas
-Pineapple
-Strawberry
-Raspberry
-Bell Pepper
-Blue corn chips + guacamole
-Carrots
-Crackers + hummus
-Mixed nuts (cashew, macadamia, almond, brazil)
So I managed to stay really healthy!
Also went on a 13-mile bike ride! It was killerrrrr! And white water rafting=lots of arm/shoulder/back action.
my eating since friday has been far from ideal…it’s actually been pretty damn shitty.. i just felt so sick and even threw up on Saturday and i didn’t feel right again until today. Today wasn’t ideal eating either though because my BF and i have been going back and forth b/w our apt and his house so much.
point is…i NEED to get back to my super healthy eating habits ASAP. green smoothies, smoothies, salads, fruit salads, protein shakes, vegan curry, etc.
i will add though that i haven’t weighed more than 116 lbs in the past week, even with my shitty diet. so i think all this daily cleansing Kim Snyder stuff has actually made a huge difference!

GYM (lower body)
1:30 - 1 c almond milk + 1 scoop whey
3:30 - 3/4 c Puffins + 1/3 c almond milk
8:00 - rice, potatoes, pepper, onions
12:00 - 2 pc garlic bread
really crappy eating day, felt crappy still.
11:00 - Apple, 1 c Puffins + 1/2 c almond milk
wrote a paper, fell back asleep, woke up, took a final

8:00 - yellow bell pepper + carrots
1/2 turkey patty on toast with spicy mustard (boyfriend made it so couldn’t say no!)
NEED TO EAT FRUITS AND VEGGIES LATER!!

4 Ritz crackers (cause i threw up…)

8:00 - couple bites of sweet potato fries…felt naseus again
11:00 - 100 cal popcorn
So i got sick again last night and had no appetite =( lame but today i’m feeling a lot better.
